Diabetes Study Day: Obesity, heart failure, and gout

This study day is for primary care nurses and allied health who work alongside whanau living with diabetes. During the middle of the day we will focus on obesity, sandwiched between CHF and gout. We have some excellent speakers bringing a wealth of experience, and will have time for questions, and opportunities to meet the pharmaceutical representatives.
